Raising awareness on peaceful co-existence

Good hope foundation is implementing a project on increasing tangible benefits from Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) to communities neighboring the protected areas of Queen Elizabeth as well as raising awareness about peaceful co-existence between front line communities and the conservation area. We are working with the District Environment Office and the communities adjacent to Queen Elizabeth conservation area, community warden and other relevant stake holders to support and popularize issues of revenue sharing and peaceful co-existence. It is funded by CARE international.
